EPP Aero-Cat Pusher Jet Introductions
Welcome again to all serious flyers, this chapter i will introduce a new pusher
jet which is capable of flying high speed , low speed , inverted and even mild aerobatics.
Aero-Cat is constructed using EPP materail for more robust handling compared with Depron.
The controls will be Aileron, Elevator and Throttle. I am using Tower-Pro Outrunner 2409-12T
which can produce 600 gram++ of thrust using 7X6 prop. With this power plant , the pusher jet
can fly and take-off in short distance at full throttle.

Stage-5 Judgemnet Day
First Silver coat.
Full Camo Paint applied, Desert Strike Scheme.
Ready to bast-off
Before Painting.
Judgement Day !!! Final check for all the system, mechanical and electronics.....important parts was the EDF impeller, need to check 100%. The F-22 was tested first before applying colours .
Basically for EPP i use normal aerosol can paint, its easy and quick drying and it will never deform the material.

Stage-3 Construction
Installations of servo for elevator and aileron using v-tail mixing with 4 servos. Two Y-lead extensions was needed to complete the job. Set the throw for tail wing higher than the aileron.
The ESC must be as near as possible to the Brushless motor and the power supply need to have a good extension to the nose sections. The receiver mounted at the center of the fuselage.
You can have two Batteries running or single of your choice. Wiring jobs need to be taken care inorder to prevent short circuit during the flight.
